Desert Beast Filmproduction is the work of Lars Steier. Lars is a writer and filmmaker based in Chicago. He holds an MFA in Writing for the Screen + Stage from Northwestern University. His writing has appeared in newspapers around the country, including The Oregonian and Tampa Tribune. His debut short film, Richie Beyond, screened at the 2019 Chicago Onscreen Showcase and Windy City International Film Festival.
